Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking friendly and dependable Valet Attendants for luxury hotels throughout Charlottesville, VA. You will safely park and retrieve vehicles while providing professional guest service, with tips enhancing earnings in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers day, evening, overnight, weekend and holiday shifts, with starting base pay of $8.50–$9.50 per hour plus tips and potential total earnings around $20+ per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• No more than three moving violations within the past three years.
• Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance.
• Ability to remain calm in a busy environment.
• Availability to work assigned nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Ability to operate automatic and manual-transmission vehicles when required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles.
• Assist with vehicle drop-off, pickup, luggage, and directions.
• Inspect vehicles and document existing damage.
• Organize keys and help manage traffic flow.
• Respond promptly to guest questions and requests.
• Protect guest privacy and maintain discretion.
• Keep the valet area clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow safety, uniform, attendance, and tip-reporting procedures.
• Support team members during busy periods.
