Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years previous food & beverage experience preferred.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by anticipating guests' needs and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
• Greet guests, offer menu recommendations, and answer inquiries about food, beverages, and daily specials.
• Accurately take and input orders into the POS system; communicate special requests and dietary needs to the kitchen.
• Retrieve and serve food and beverages promptly; verify presentation and temperature.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
• Maintain service stations and supplies for restaurant and banquets.
• Support banquet events with setup, service, and breakdown.
• Follow sanitation and alcohol service policies.
