Job summary

Oxford Suites & Hotels is seeking a part-time Host to welcome guests, seat diners, and assist with dining operations at our Chico location. You will maintain high standards of service, handle guest requests, and support the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless, luxurious guest experience.

The position emphasizes polished appearance, strong communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a luxury or upscale hospitality environment preferred.
• Food handler’s license and liquor server permits as required by state law (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, direct traffic flow, buss tables and take orders.
• Serve food and process payments while maintaining cleanliness and safety.
• Uphold Forbes Four-Star standards and deliver luxury-level service.
• Coordinate with front desk and kitchen to ensure smooth guest experience.
• Complete daily shift logs and manage guest requests professionally.
