Job summary

Montage International is seeking a diligent Security Officer to safeguard guests, associates, and assets across the property. This role partners with management to support the company’s goals and uphold its values while delivering exemplary guest service.

Responsibilities include interior/exterior patrols, incident reporting, CCTV monitoring, and daily safety briefings. The ideal candidate has security experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and luxury hotel exposure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two to three years of Security experience.
• CPR/First Aid certified and ability to present current Guard Card.
• Luxury hotel experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; daily use of nearly all programs will occur.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols throughout property.
• Check for unsecured doors and rooms, trespassers, unauthorized persons in restricted areas and safety hazards.
• Respond to guest and Associate calls while on patrol, prioritizing emergencies.
• Draft incident reports and maintain logs (key logs, lost and found, etc.).
• Ensure daily shift logs and pass-down logs are complete.
• View CCTV monitors and maintain surveillance of grounds.
• Conduct associate safety training and report hazards.
• Respond to incidents and provide timely updates.
• Maintain professional security presence with customer service.
• Receive and communicate shift information from daily briefings.
