Qualifications

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in hotel, resort, commercial, or institutional settings.
• HVAC, plumbing, or electrical skills.
• Light carpentry and knowledge of painting/wallpaper.
• Pool operation certification preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements and read/write English.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Preventive maintenance background preferred.
