Davidson Hospitality Group in Los Angeles seeks a General Manager to open and lead Century City Hotel, guiding pre-opening, opening and stabilization with a luxury, Forbes Five-Star mindset.

You will manage a 350–400 person team across Rooms, F&B, Finance, Sales, and HR, partnering with ownership to deliver exceptional service, financial performance and a distinctive guest experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience.
• 5+ years as General Manager in luxury/full-service property.
• Experience opening or renovating luxury properties.
• Proven ability to work with active ownership groups and manage P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening, opening, and stabilization phases with a focus on service excellence.
• Align with ownership on standards, financial performance and vision.
• Set the tone for luxury, guest-centric culture and strong leadership presence.
• Build and mentor a 350–400 person team across departments.
• Oversee Rooms, F&B, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Engineering and HR.
• Drive pre-opening initiatives including recruitment, vendor selection and SOPs.
• Position the hotel within the luxury segment and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Represent the property to owners, stakeholders and media.
