The Resort at Summerlin is seeking a Busperson to support servers and keep dining areas pristine in a luxury hotel environment. You will assist with beverage service, table maintenance, and guest needs, while upholding the brand's high service standards.

Role requires 1 year of relevant experience, the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and compliance with health and safety rules. Candidates must be 21+ and possess valid work cards for Clark County and TAM.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1 year of hotel/restaurant Food Runner/Busperson experience.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail; Excellent teamwork and communication; Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Required: Must be 21 years of age.
• Required Work Cards: Valid Clark County Health Card; Valid TAM Card.

Responsabilités

• Maintain guest focus and assist with beverages (water, coffee, tea, soft drinks).
• Assist servers with guest needs, table maintenance, and station support.
• Set and reset tables quickly according to standards.
• Organize and clean dining areas, beverage stations, and storage areas.
• Restock dishes, silverware, linen, and other service items.
• Carry trays and dishes to the kitchen and store soiled linen properly.
• Follow directions and complete reasonable requests from management.
• Perform side work and maintain service areas during shift.
• Ensure personal appearance meets luxury hotel standards.
