Job summary

Hotel Crescent Court in Dallas invites applications for a bar/server role. You will maintain the bar, mix drinks, greet guests, and document orders using standard recipes while ensuring portion control.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper setup of the bar daily; stock beverages and supplies.
• Prepare garnishes and manage perishables to ensure freshness.
• Greet guests, take and document drink orders; mix and present drinks.
• Input orders into POS, handle payments, and balance cash.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and proper voucher processing.
• Close out checks and secure bar equipment and stock.
