Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hospitality is a plus.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages, according to local state laws.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Process checks, cash, and room charges.
• Open and close bar side work per standards.
• Prepare beverages and cocktails according to standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a warm, friendly, professional manner.
• Keep lounge areas clean and tidy.
• Be familiar with the computer system.
• Carry out cashiering functions by closing checks and servicing the guest.
• Follow all state liquor laws.
• Assist in maintaining beverage costs.
• Stock and clean glassware.
• Prepare garnishes.
• Assist in cleaning tables and lounge area as needed.
