The Vineta Hotel in Palm Beach is seeking a Barista with personality and a passion for hospitality to craft premium coffee and beverages for our discerning guests. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Barista or similar F&B role.
• Coffee or espresso preparation certification preferred.
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and guest experiences.
• Experience operating espresso machines, grinders, POS, and related café equipment.
• Ability to read, write and speak basic English; understand workplace policies.

Responsibilities

• Delight guests with warm, personal service.
• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages and teas per recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, ingredients and techniques.
• Provide training to hotel staff in beverage preparation and equipment.
• Ensure beverages and food meet luxury standards and QA expectations.
• Monitor inventory, replenish supplies, and communicate shortages.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Stewarding, Housekeeping and Front Office for seamless guest experiences.
