Barista / Coffee Specialist – The Belgrove, West Palm Beach, FL

The Belgrove is a 4‑Diamond resort with 150 elegantly designed rooms, multiple restaurants, a spa, and a golf course. The role is part of our Kaffee team, delivering exceptional coffee service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Taking guest orders and making menu recommendations as our go‑to coffee expert.
• Preparing and serving a wide variety of hot, cold, artisan, and specialty beverages on an espresso machine.
• Receiving and processing guest payments.
• Keeping supplies well‑supplied by ordering, receiving, and distributing essential stock.
• Maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards across all work areas and equipment.
• Describing menu options to guests.
• Serving food items such as muffins as needed.
• Performing opening and closing duties.
• Availability to work weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Prior barista experience required.
• Hands‑on experience with brewing equipment.
• Knowledge of various hot and cold beverage recipes and espresso production (espresso, cappuccino, latte, macchiato).
• Strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner.
• Passion for coffee and coffee artistry.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shift variations.
