Job summary

Openwork is seeking a creatively driven Social Media Content Creator & Photographer in Metro Atlanta, GA to capture luxury residential and commercial lighting projects. You will shoot, direct, and edit engaging short-form videos and photos, maintaining a polished brand aesthetic.

Expect full-time hours with day-focused field work and occasional evening shoots. Compensation ranges $45,000–$55,000 annually, commensurate with portfolio depth and experience.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing lighting, composition, and editing.
• Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras in low-light environments.
• Proven ability to produce and edit short-form mobile video.
• Proficiency in Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily in Metro Atlanta.
• Flexible schedule for evening, sunset, or night shoots.
• Preferred: 2+ years photographing architecture or luxury homes; drone (FAA Part 107) or graphic design.

Responsibilities

• Photograph completed residential and commercial lighting installations at a professional level.
• Shoot, direct, and edit short-form vertical video highlighting transformations and culture.
• Edit photos and videos to maintain a brand-consistent aesthetic.
• Coordinate with sales and field teams to schedule shoots on active job sites.
• Write captions, maintain posting calendar, and organize a digital asset library.
• Monitor performance metrics and social trends to elevate brand visibility.
