Job summary

Northrop Realty in the Baltimore/Washington region seeks a Luxury Home Marketing Assistant to bring our luxury listings to life with sophistication and attention to detail.

You will coordinate property preparation and staging, manage listing data, and produce marketing materials. The role requires excellent organization, design sense, and proficiency with Google Drive/Workspace in a fast-paced team.

Full-time with benefits after 90 days; pay is $24.00–$26.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in real estate, home staging, photography coordination, or property marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend property consultations and capture before/after photos.
• Gather property facts, dimensions, features for listings and brochures.
• Coordinate staging materials and assist with on-site staging.
• Maintain Luxury Home Marketing Google Drive and file organization.
• Update calendars, MLS listings, and communications with agents.
