Oasis Luxury Smart Homes is seeking an Electrical Assistant to support electricians on high-end residential projects in Scottsdale, AZ. You will wire lighting, power, and integrated smart systems with meticulous attention to detail for luxury homes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in residential electrical work, strong wire-pulling and rough-in skills, and familiarity with smart home tech. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent teamwork required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience.
• Strong wire-pulling and rough-in skills.
• Familiarity with high-end lighting or smart home systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support electricians on residential new builds and remodels.
• Pull wire, set boxes, install lighting fixtures, devices, and panels.
• Follow electrical drawings, plans, and scope documents accurately.
• Coordinate with AV and lighting integration teams for smooth crossover installs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.
• Communicate clearly with your crew and project managers about progress and needs.
• Represent Oasis with professionalism on every site and with every client.
