As the first point of contact in-store, you will set the tone for the client experience, collaborating with the Client Experience team to ensure seamless service and calendar management for appointments and events.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-touch service in luxury retail is preferred.
• Ability to build genuine client relationships and anticipate needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Advisors and Managers with white glove product delivery and setup services to ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Safely transport employees, clients, and/or packages to and from destinations, as appropriate.
• Manage inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
• Protect product at all times while maintaining awareness of safety and security issues.
