Qualifications

• 5+ years of luxury residential home automation experience.
• Hands-on Lutron lighting control experience.
• Experience with at least one: Savant, Crestron, or Control4.
• Advanced residential networking and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience leading AV/home automation installation teams.
• Strong project management and customer communication skills.
• Knowledge of low-voltage systems, AV integration, and construction drawings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, programming, and commissioning of smart home systems.
• Integrate Lutron lighting, motorized shades, audio/video, and automation systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot Savant, Crestron, or Control4 platforms.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and installation teams.
• Coordinate with homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors.
• Read construction drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure quality installations.
• Manage final testing, client demonstrations, and project handoffs.
