Qualifications

• 5+ years in landscape construction or installation.
• Experience leading crews.
• Knowledge of landscape installation techniques.
• Ability to read landscape plans and site layouts.
• Understand basic equipment operation and site safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscape installation crews on assigned job sites to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Execute comprehensive landscape construction work, including grading, planting, hardscape installation, irrigation, and drainage.
• Review project plans, layouts, and specifications prior to starting work to ensure accuracy and alignment with the overarching vision.
• Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members to maximize operational productivity.
• Monitor production, workmanship, and job progress throughout the day to maintain project schedules.
• Maintain job site safety and strictly enforce company safety policies to protect the team and property.
• Communicate job progress, potential issues, and material needs clearly to the Project Manager.
