Job summary

The Guest Communications Agent at Alila Marea Beach Resort will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests experience is the highest level of luxury and hospitality from the moment they arrive. Working closely with every department on property to provide attentive service.

You will handle high volumes of calls, navigate multiple systems, and uphold Forbes service standards while delivering personalized guest experiences with exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year work experience in front office, guest services, concierge, or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Hyatt Hotels Corporation guidelines and core values for health, safety and comfort of guests and colleagues.
• Guest Service Excellence: ensure a warm, personalized welcome and Forbes-standard service; address inquiries and issues promptly.
• Navigate multiple computer systems to manage reservations and guest information; monitor accuracy in the PMS.
• Utilize Wecare processes and ensure colleagues operate per SOPs; promote loyalty programs and incentives.
• Provide assistance to other team members and departments to boost department and hotel performance; maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Other duties as assigned.
