Job summary

Twin Farms in Barnard, Vermont, seeks a Groundskeeper to maintain the beauty, safety, and presentation of the property. You will work with a collaborative team to keep outdoor spaces well-groomed and meet high standards, while assisting with guest transportation and luggage handling.

You will train for excellence and join a hospitality-focused team committed to superb guest experiences. Applicants should be capable of long hours outdoors, including weekends and holidays, as needed by operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Experience operating landscaping machinery and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent required.
• OSHA General Industry certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outdoor spaces to reflect high standards.
• Collaborate with guest services and other departments.
• Assist with guest transportation and luggage handling.
• Prepare outdoor spaces and accommodations to meet guest expectations.
• Support property operations with opening/closing duties, weekends and holidays as needed.
