Job summary

Staffmark in Coppell, TX is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while ensuring orders are completed safely and accurately.

Shifts include Sunday-Wednesday and Wednesday-Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, plus night shifts 7:00 PM-5:30 AM, with significant overtime opportunities and flexible scheduling. Pay rate is $16.65–$17.21 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience with picking, packing, inventory, or order fulfillment is a plus.
• Comfortable using RF scanners or warehouse technology.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, inspect, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, sizes, colors, and product details for accuracy.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and order movement.
• Support receiving, inventory, replenishment, returns, and inbound operations as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization in the warehouse.
