Qualifications

• 2+ years of visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or related field.
• Strong ability to use inventory platforms and request replacements.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and multitasking skills.
• Proficient with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google apps.
• Able to lift and move items up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Gallery leadership to implement creative direction.
• Coordinate merchandise floor sets and preserve visual gallery integrity.
• Train and mentor staff on floor sets, signage, and updates.
• Audit planograms and provide input on directives.
• Assist in inventory integrity and tracking processes.
• Drive team engagement and accountability through clear communication.
