Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven ability to close sales and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong design sense.
Responsibilities
- Drive store sales through premium service and product knowledge.
- Schedule professional home consultations and present design recommendations.
- Use design process to present room concepts and manage follow-ups.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries and resolve issues.
- Support sales team, maintain showroom displays and product knowledge.
