Job summary

Ali Guler Furniture in Houston is seeking a full-time Design Consultant to guide clients in creating homes they are proud of with our luxury pieces crafted since 1972. You will consult clients in-showroom, by phone, and via video, curating pieces and building lasting relationships from first visit to delivery.

This role emphasizes consultative selling over transactions, requiring a polished demeanor, strong style sense, and comfort with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proven ability to sell in person and remotely (phone/video).
• Comfortable using CRM systems and email for client management.
• Team player willing to assist across business needs.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients in showroom, by phone, and on FaceTime/video.
• Understand each client's space and style, and curate pieces from our collections.
• Follow up consistently to build lasting relationships, from first visit to a fully furnished home.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of our collections, materials, and craftsmanship.
• Keep the showroom polished and merchandised and assist with light office tasks during quieter periods.
• Use our CRM/order system daily.

Ali Guler Furniture is a Houston luxury furniture house — handcrafted, design-forward pieces, made in Ankara since 1972 for a discerning, design-conscious clientele. We're hiring a full-time Design Consultant to help clients build homes they're proud of.

This is consultative selling, not transactional. Our clients take their time and value real expertise — you'll guide them from the first conversation through delivery, in the showroom and over phone and video.

What you'll do:

• Consult with clients in the showroom, by phone, and on FaceTime/video
