The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking a Concierge Greeter to create a premier first impression at the front desk. You will engage residents, families, and guests with a warm, professional demeanor and provide high-end hospitality in a senior living setting.

The role requires weekend availability and strong communication skills. You will support daily operations and represent the brand’s values through courteous, attentive service.

Qualifications

• High School or better.
• Associates or better.
• Weekend availability required.
• Fluent English in speech and writing.
• Professional, friendly front-desk demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally and redirect as needed.
• Take accurate messages and respond to resident requests promptly.
• Greet visitors warmly and complete information cards for inquiries.
• Respond to inquiries from residents, guests and team members in a timely manner.
• Handle emergencies promptly and appropriately.
• Keep front desk sign-in/sign-out logs accurate and up to date.
• Perform basic computer data entry as needed.
