Job summary

Adecco Creative and Marketing is partnering with a luxury jewelry company to hire a Fragrance & Accessories Ambassador for onsite work in Houston, TX. The role requires 35-40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, with an assignment length through February end.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or high-touch service environments.
• Background in beauty, fragrances, or fashion is a plus.
• Professional, polished presence with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming environment for every client.
• Support boutique team with appointment prep, client entertainment, product presentation, gift wrapping, and food & beverage service.
• Prepare boutique for client appointments and elevate the experience.
• Manage boutique traffic, appointments, and client flow.
• Assist with client service requests (watch sizing, strap changes, engraving, embossing, and other personalization).
• Support concierge-style services and restaurant/direction recommendations as needed.
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and appointment-setting inquiries.
• Maintain organization and presentation of client-facing areas and wrap rooms.
• Replenish supplies and maintain inventory, assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Collaborate with operations to maintain supplies and non-sellable inventory.
• Support special projects and other boutique needs as assigned.
• Follow security, operational, and service standards.
• Work with sales associates, management, and operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
