HERMES WORLDWIDE is looking for a mechanically-inclined, motivated, and detail-oriented Tire and Lube Technician to join our growing team to maintain our fleet of luxury vehicles including sedans, SUVs, vans, and motorcoaches. As a Lube Tech, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and preventative care services on a variety of vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to start or grow their career in the automotive industry.

Salary: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour

Duties of the Fleet Tire and Lube Technician will include:

  • keeping up with preventative maintenance on all fleet vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluids, and more!
  • helping to ensure all vehicles are road-worthy by helping with repairs and diagnostics,
  • maintaining records of all services performed,
  • tracking inventory of replacement parts, tools, and supplies,
  • maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

Ideal candidates for the Fleet Tire and Lube Technician at Hermes Worldwide will have:

  • Valid driver's license and current (insurable) MVR.
  • Reliable means of getting to work.
  • Proven ability to do routine mechanical maintenance on various vehicles.
  • Communication skills to work with internal and external customers and vendors.
  • Top-notch customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a professional environment.
  • Ability to take initiative on projects and ownership of outcomes.
