Job summary

Alto is hiring a Service Agent near LAX to maintain a luxury fleet of electric SUVs, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and ready to deliver a 5-star experience for passengers. This W-2 role offers growth in automotive operations and a stable full-time schedule.

You’ll support operations at our Los Angeles hub, handling interior/exterior detailing, vehicle inspections, and logistics, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver’s License.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record and be comfortable moving vehicles in tight spaces.
• Willing to work irregular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Working knowledge of basic car maintenance is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality interior and exterior cleaning of our luxury SUV fleet.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure safety and aesthetics.
• Manage vehicle logistics including fueling, charging, and staging for driver pick-up.
• Move cars around the Ops center and transport to service partners.
• Drive and handle cars responsibly to prevent damage.
• Perform minor maintenance such as battery checks or fluid replenishment.
