Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking a Fitness Supervisor to assist the Manager with daily operations and supervise our fitness staff within a busy wellness center that includes fitness, spa & salon operations, aquatics and a café.

You will help oversee fitness programming and assist in the creation of wellness experiences for our active membership while motivating staff and maintaining excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays.
• Create monthly schedules, staffing classes, payroll, and budgeting.
• Excellent communications and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in hospitality, luxury resort and/or country club.

Responsibilities

• Supervise fitness staff and oversee fitness programming.
