Rancho Valencia Resort seeks a part-time Fitness Instructor to deliver safe, engaging fitness experiences to guests and members. The role may include personal training, group classes, or both, in alignment with luxury service standards.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Personal Training, Group Exercise, Pilates, or specialty fitness certification appropriate to assigned services (e.g., Yoga, Pilates, TRX, Barre).
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in the fitness or wellness industry.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a consistently high level of service to guests, members, and colleagues in accordance with luxury standards.
• Provide safe, effective personal training sessions and/or group fitness classes based on certifications and assignments.
• Design individualized exercise programs aligned with client goals and health considerations.
• Conduct fitness consultations and assessments per resort protocols when assigned.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client participation, progress, and programs.
• Support guest experience, class participation, and revenue-generation goals.
• Communicate professionally with management, colleagues, and guests.
