Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in fine-dining Food & Beverage operations within distinguished hospitality setting
• Minimum of two (2) years of progressive management experience in luxury or fine-dining environments
• Clear and concise English communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional sophistication. Proficiency in an additional language is highly valued
• Exceptional leadership acumen with the ability to inspire, mentor, and cultivate high-performing hospitality professionals
• Ability to thrive in a sophisticated team environment while maintaining individual excellence
• Commitment to obtaining and maintaining all required licensing, certifications, and credentials for the position
• Minimum age 21+ and flexibility for varied service schedules (nights, weekends, holidays)

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate all restaurant operations with emphasis on efficiency and profitability in a luxury setting
• Ensure compliance with health department standards and food safety regulations
• Develop initiatives to elevate guest experience and create refined dining moments
• Oversee inventory management and cost optimization while preserving quality

• Establish and maintain company policies and procedures reflecting Wynn's standards
• Lead pre-service briefings to align the team with service priorities
• Mentor a team of hospitality professionals including recruitment, scheduling, and performance reviews
• Train staff to embody Wynn's renowned service standards and luxury hospitality
• Manage employee relations and compliance with collective bargaining agreements
