• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the merchandise.
• Monitor post-sale logistics and requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain sales policies and procedures.
• Keep a keen interest in fashion industry trends.
• Support staff with customer service issues and client books.
• Collaborate on risk management, store security, cash controls and inventory.
• Assist in training staff on register usage and maintenance.
• Understand and execute all management register functions.
• Assist with stock, shipping, receiving processes and related paperwork.
• Participate in inventories.
• For Offsite drivers: transport products as needed.
