Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking a Luxury Fashion Manager to own the Fashion category and lead brand activation in-store. You will drive performance, elevate team capability, and bring the Jared brand to life through styling, storytelling, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Own the Fashion category and drive category performance
• Serve as expert in styling, wardrobe building, and product storytelling
• Diagnose performance gaps and coach for improvement
• Lead all Fashion visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Coach monthly to develop team capability and daily habits
• Activate the brand promise by helping customers express creativity and celebrate moments
• Drive KPIs such as ATV, attachment, and clienteling behaviors
• Develop Fashion talent in partnership with store leadership
