Responsibilities

• Own the Fashion category performance including sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Lead all Fashion visual merchandising and presentation standards.
• Coach team on styling, wardrobe building, and emotional storytelling.
• Activate the Brand Promise by helping customers express creativity and celebrate moments through fashion.
• Drive KPI improvements such as ATV, attachments, and clienteling.
