Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, seeks a Luxury Fashion Manager to own the Fashion category and drive brand activation through styling, storytelling, and exceptional customer experience.

This role leads visual marketing for Fashion, coaches the team monthly, and partners with store leadership to elevate presentation, performance, and talent development while reflecting the brand promise and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Experience with fashion merchandising and storytelling.
• Strong coaching and leadership abilities.
• Ability to drive category performance and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the Fashion category performance, styling, and product storytelling.
• Lead all Fashion visual merchandising and presentation standards.
• Coach team members monthly on styling, layering, and customer engagement.
• Activate the Brand Promise by helping customers express personal style and celebrate moments.
• Drive KPIs such as ATV, attachment, and clienteling behaviors.
• Collaborate with store leadership to develop Fashion talent and foster teamwork.
