Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, seeks a Luxury Fashion Manager to lead the Fashion category and activate the brand promise in-store. You’ll own category performance, drive styling storytelling, and elevate customer experiences through curated presentations and training.

You’ll coach the team monthly, develop talent, and ensure fashion presentations align with business priorities, boosting sales and customer connection across the store. Competitive base pay with commission supports growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the Fashion Category: lead fashion performance, drive sales, set standards
• Lead Visual Marketing for Fashion: manage visual merchandising and displays
• Build Team Capability: monthly coaching, feedback on styling and wardrobe
• Activate the Brand Promise: express creativity, curate recommendations
• Drive Performance Excellence: improve ATV, attachments, clienteling, consistency
• Lead and Develop Talent: partner with store leadership to grow fashion talent
