Job summary

Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club in Jacksonville, FL, seeks an experienced restaurant supervisor to lead Ala Carte staff and oversee service with the Assistant F&B Director away. You will train, coach, and develop team members, while ensuring exceptional hospitality and adherence to standards throughout shifts.

This role requires luxury-club serving experience, wine and beverage knowledge, and the ability to manage reservations, stations, and staff performance during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant supervisory experience and two years serving experience in a luxury club or resort.
• Experience with a Point Of Sale (computer) system.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Ala Carte staff and cover MOD shifts in the Mansion.
• Hire, train, and develop staff and ensure high-quality service.
• Coordinate with other supervisors to maintain smooth F&B operations.
• Manage station assignments, opening/closing sidework, and daily logs.
• Ensure cleanliness, proper setup, and consistency in service and etiquette.
