Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club in Jacksonville, FL is seeking friendly, qualified staff with a great attitude to join our team. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, contemporary fine dining setting and be able to greet guests, balance service trays, and read POS chits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years previous experience working in a support role in fast-paced, contemporary fine dining.
• Perform the initial greet on the table offering water and bread service.
• Balance and carry service trays.
• Read POS order printed chits.
• Read, write, and speak the English language.
• Garnish food items according to menu description and deliver food to table correctly.
• Enjoy what you do and have fun in a team environment while completing all duties.
