The role emphasizes upselling, brand awareness, and omnichannel support across in-store and online platforms. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear and/or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and enhance their shopping experience.
• Stay up-to-date on eyewear trends, products, and warranties.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Brand and add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients with follow-up communication.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
