Job summary

Bucketlist Xperiences is seeking an Assistant Expedition Leader to join our luxury travel team. This dual role blends planning, organization, and on-site execution of exclusive itineraries, ensuring seamless guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will support the Expedition Leader across logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination, while traveling globally to deliver once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in operations, hospitality, tourism or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in travel industry, preferably luxury segment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all member inquiries pre, during, and post trip.
• Assist the Expedition Leader with planning, organization, and on-site logistics.
• Coordinate with air crew to manage aviation service on the ground and in the air.
• Liaise with hotels for bookings and guest services.
• Assist in managing the trip budget and on-trip funds.
• Travel extensively (2–3 weeks at a time) to support expeditions.
