Job summary

Conrad Orlando, part of Hilton's luxury portfolio, seeks a dynamic Catering Manager to drive local social catering and events, with emphasis on weddings and galas. The role focuses on new business development, client retention, and creative menu design to maximize revenue and experience.

Ideal candidates have hotel/hospitality experience and familiarity with Delphi.fdc; CMP/CPCE background is a plus. This full-time role requires strong leadership and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year hospitality management experience required.
• Experience with weddings, galas and social events preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel property management systems (Delphi) and CMP/CPCE a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop market segments, solicit new customers and close business via proposals and contracts.
• Creatively design menus and events to maximize revenue and guest experience.
• Maintain relationships with corporate and social accounts.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure seamless pre-, during, and post-event service.
• Serve as primary client contact and guardian of the guest experience.
