Leonard's is seeking a dynamic bartender for our luxury catering facility. The bartender will craft signature drinks and provide the highest level of hospitality at elegant events, ensuring memorable experiences for guests.

In a fast-paced setting, you will manage orders, stock and set up the bar, verify age, process payments, and maintain a spotless service area while delivering exceptional guest service and beverage presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced service environments.
• Ability to multitask and manage several beverage stations.
• Strong communication and guest interaction skills.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Verify guest age and comply with alcohol service laws.
• Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
• Set up and stock bar with beverages and supplies per event orders.
• Prepare signature drinks as requested by event hosts.
• Take beverage orders from guests or staff.
• Serve wine, beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Maintain clean bar area and service space.
• Handle credit card sales for events with Cash Bars.
• Prepare garnishes and fruit for beverages.
• Break down bar and return beverages to storage.
• Plan, organize, and control bar operations.
