Qualifications

• Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and organization in all treatment areas.
• Create a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for every client.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and encourage retention.
• Recommend appropriate retail products and services when beneficial to the client.
• Stay updated on beauty, skincare, and brow trends.
• Follow all salon policies, California State Board regulations, and health and safety standards.

Requirements

The starting hourly wage for this position in the selected city is $16.90 plus commission and tips. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location.
