Responsibilities include coordinating valet operations, delivering mail, supporting bell services, and maintaining a pristine entry. Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, strong communication, and impeccable grooming.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong background in customer service and guest relations.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Impeccable grooming and dress, matching community standards.
• Must pass background check and health screening.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm, polished welcome to residents and guests at arrival, assisting with vehicle handoffs.
• Coordinate smooth valet operations and parking flow with valet drivers.
• Deliver resident mail and packages promptly with discretion.
• Support bell services and other guest needs with attentiveness and teamwork.
• Maintain the valet stand, porte-cochre, and entry areas in pristine condition.
• Address resident concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Foster collaboration with team members and other departments.
