Shifts run 7a-3p and 11a-7p with mixed days. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced setting, communicates well, and shows empathy toward residents. Prior waitstaff or food-service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or food-service-related industry.
• Able to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a strong ability to multi-task.
• Possesses good communication, customer service and people skills.
• Is professional, patient and able to satisfy a demanding customer base.

Responsibilities

• Patiently and cheerfully taking resident meal orders.
• Checking station tables for settings and cleanliness.
• Reading the menu before service so that you can knowledgeably assist the residents with their selections.
• Assisting in the plating and proper portion controls of some or all of the following: appetizers, salads, soups, beverages and desserts.
• Bussing tables at the end of the meal.
