Equinox Golf Resort & Spa in Manchester, VT seeks an experienced Server to deliver luxury dining experiences with attentive, personalized service. You will guide guests through menus, input orders accurately, and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant or hotel environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, genuine, and anticipatory guest service at all times.
• Execute full steps of service in accordance with property standards.
• Demonstrate complete knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.
• Guide guests through menu selections, including food and beverage pairings.
• Accurately input orders into POS system and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas before, during, and after service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service execution.
• Handle payments and close checks accurately.
