The Dining Room Manager supports the Food & Beverage Director in day‑to‑day operations across all dining venues, upholding exceptional service and operational excellence for discerning guests.

The role sits within the Food & Beverage leadership team, focusing on professionalism, hospitality, and thoughtful service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to anticipate needs while maintaining follow-up.
• Guest-focused approach with confidentiality in handling guest concerns.
• Strong communication skills across supervisory and leadership situations.
• Consistently professional demeanor when addressing elevated guest concerns.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing demands with resourcefulness.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food & Beverage Director with daily operations across all food and beverage outlets.
• Serve as a member of the leadership team, supporting performance management and staff motivation.
• Establish and uphold service standards reflecting polished hospitality.
• Coach and mentor dining staff in service technique, wine and food knowledge, and interpersonal skills.
• Plan and execute group dining experiences and special events.
• Support departmental administration, including purchase orders, staff scheduling, and timesheet review.
