Job summary

Grand Living in Georgetown, TX is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support resident dining experiences and maintain a clean, organized dish area. This position reports to the Executive Chef and emphasizes professional, friendly service in a luxurious setting.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED (preferred), 1+ years of fine dining or restaurant experience, strong English literacy, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• One year or more fine dining or restaurant experience, preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand the English language to communicate with other employees as well as Residents and their guests.
• Sufficient manual dexterity of hands and arms to use all kitchen equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work continuously without sitting for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift or carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• The Dishwasher is responsible for enhancing and supporting the overall dining experience for our residents, family members and guests.
• The Dishwasher is accountable for the safe loading, running and cleanliness of the dish machine and to provide a neat, clean, and organized dish area.
• This is to be handled with The Sterling Touch®. With service being professional, friendly, courteous, helpful and in a timely manner.
