EOS Hospitality is seeking a motivated team member for high-end dining service in Miami Beach. You will prepare dining areas, set tables, serve water, and assist servers and hosts to ensure exceptional guest experiences. A strong focus on cleanliness, safety, and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; or relevant work experience.
• Experience in high-volume, luxury lounge or restaurant preferred.
• Excellent customer service in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Interpersonal skills for dealing with high-profile clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining areas before guests are seated.
• Set tables with napkins, linens and silverware.
• Place tableware on tables and serve water as needed.
• Refill beverages and remove dirty utensils.
• Clean and reset tables after guests leave.
• Maintain health and safety standards in dining areas.
• Assist servers and hosts as needed.
• Keep restaurant areas neat and orderly at all times.
