Job summary
La-Z-Boy Incorporated seeks a Sales Consultant for our Richmond, VA showroom. You will guide high-end clients through a premium sales journey, curate luxury spaces, and promote the Design program to achieve established sales goals.
With strong communication and a passion for modern aesthetics, you will execute the sales process, schedule home consultations, and ensure top-tier customer service while contributing to a gallery-like showroom experience.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related field.
- Experience in sales or retail, luxury experience a major plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities
- Guide high-end clients through a premium sales experience and close sales to meet goals.
- Create inspired spaces with premium furniture and décor and promote the Design program.
- Execute the La-Z-Boy selling process and build lasting customer relationships.
- Schedule professional home consultations and support design center services.
- Maintain store appearance, manage orders, deposits, and follow up with customers.
