Job description

Job Summary:
The Luxury Dealership Lot Attendant at Cincinnati Cadillac - Joseph Group is a vital role within our organization. As a member of the lot and detailing team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of our dealership lot, ensuring that all vehicles are presented in pristine condition for our valued customers. This is a part-time position with an hourly pay rate of $15, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:

  1. Keep the dealership lot clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  2. Regularly wash and detail vehicles to maintain their cleanliness and shine
  3. Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues and report them to the appropriate department
  4. Responsible for fueling vehicles as needed
  5. Ensuring all vehicles have proper displays, tags, and pricing
  6. Assist with transporting vehicles to and from off-site locations as needed
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with locating and moving vehicles, as well as answering questions about the lot and vehicles
  8. Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  1. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  2. Strong attention to detail
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  5. Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
